Ian is an affiliated Senior Associate with Ecolibrium Strategies Inc. He is a Canadian pioneer in design, planning and operations of green buildings and communities. His 25+ year career as a professional engineer spans Canada and the United States, greening the built environment through private and public policy, program and strategic consulting; green design, planning and operations rating systems and tools; climate-responsive energy analysis, audits, engineering and design, building science and energy research. Ian's body of work includes the development of the LEED Canada Rating System and his passion and focus remains on research and development leading to real performance improvements for our built environment and communities. Ian is currently pursuing graduate studies at UBC's School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture.
Ryan is a Senior Associate with Ecolibrium Strategies, applying best practices from the financial sector and other leading sectors to Building Performance. Ryan is a management consultant with experience in international sourcing, retail program development, finance, risk management and entrepreneurship with a strong ability to bridge cultures and to bring non-conventional thinking to differentiate business value. Ryan has attained Canadian Securities and Insurance certification and obtained a Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF) and is a member of the Professional Risk Management Industry Association and Global Association of Risk Professionals. Ryan has a BA from the University of Toronto, and a MBA from University of Western Ontario.
Katya is an Associate with Ecolibrium Strategies Inc. focused on Sustainability Data Analytics and Strategy. She formerly held research analyst roles with Jones Lang Lasalle, Indian School of Business and HSBC where she worked at the Climate Change Centre of Excellence, analyzing global climate change and alternative energy related policies and trends for investors aiding their sustainable investment decisions. ,

Prior to joining Ecolibrium, Michael had 25+ years of experience in the information systems, networking and cellular industries negotiating, deploying and maintaining large complex solutions that enable companies to leverage IOT technologies for better decision making. He brings a wealth of IOT best practices that are directly applicable to the emerging Smart Building Industry.

She has her B.A. in Culture and Expression from York University, and is currently pursuing a graduate degree at the University of Toronto in Information Management focused on this exact area, Erin has over 15 years of Building Industry experience with a major International Smart Home product manufacturer and Lighting Service provider.
Edwin Lim is a seasoned management consultant with over 25+ years in the Green Buildings Industry with executive level experience with a major Building Automation System manufacturer, a major Facility Operator, and Environmental Services and Building Sciences consultancy.
He is a change management and continuous improvement executive with in systems thinking and the application of six sigma and other disciplined data driven decision and collaboration tools to drive business optimization and future proofing. He has applied these skills to improve processes in application engineering & design, project management, intelligent building integration, quality management business development, industry changing procurement, public safety and security processes, corporate social responsibility and sustainability strategy.
Certified as a Sustainability Professional by the International Society of Sustainability Professionals, Edwin is a Professional Engineer, a LEED AP, Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CBCP), and is considered a leading industry expert in the area of Building Intelligence and Integration, Energy Efficiency, and Building Performance and is often asked to speak internationally on these topics.

He is a building automation and energy assessment and management professional with over 20 years of engineering work experience in various industries internationally. He was responsible for the Service Division in China for a leading air-conditioning equipment manufacturer where he was responsible for hundreds of system start ups and commissioning.
Frank has an Engineering Degree in Automation from Shanghai University of Technology, he is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CBCP) from the AEE, and a Building energy Assessment Professional (BEAP) from ASHRAE as well as a LEED AP BC+D from the US Green Building Council.
Tom is a Senior Associate with Ecolibrium Strategies Inc., bringing his expertise in Building Performance Best Practices to the team. He has over thirty years senior leadership experience in facilities operations and management, involving large and multiple site portfolios of commercial, hospitality, government, and industrial facilities throughout Canada and internationally. Prior to joining Ecolibrium, Tom was Director of Portfolio Operations for over 11 million square feet of Class A real estate in downtown Toronto. He is a Professional Engineer and an subject matter expect on Building Performance, having served as co-chair of the Ontario Power Authority's Embedded Energy Manager steering committee. Tom is a Professional Engineer and Certified Facility Manager.
Phil is an affiliated Senior Associate with Ecolibrium Strategies Inc., and Managing Principal at SRS Consulting Engineers Inc. and a Designated Consulting Engineer (Energy & Sustainability) in Ontario focused on buildings. He is a Mechanical Engineer in HVAC with a M.Sc. in Systems Engineering. Prior to joining SRS in 1997, Phil spent ten years as an Automation & Robotics Engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation. He is a LEED AP, Certified Sustainable Building Advisor, Certified Sustainable Development Professional, Certified Building Commissioning Professinal, Certified Energy Manager, Certified Energy Auditor, and Certified Measurement & Verification Professional. Phil is currently a professor of Sustainable Building Design & Energy Modeling at Humber College.
Sandra is CEO of Affecting Change Inc., and a affiliated Senior Associate with Ecolibrium Strategies Inc.. She is a designer, organizational consultant, educator, facilitator, and leadership coach with international consulting experience. Previously, Sandra worked as a Sustainable Design Area Leader at HOK Architects, where she trained designers in the creation of green interiors and architecture, and the building of effective integrated teams. Sandra holds a B.Tech in Architectural Science with minors in Project Management and French, from Ryerson University. She studied the development of creative social technologies at MIT's Presencing Institute. She recently completed her Certificate in Organization Development and Change from the Schulich Executive Education Centre.
Steve is the principal of Mooney Solutions Inc. and an affiliated Senior Associate with Ecolibrium Strategies Inc. He has deep experience in both demand side and supply side energy management. Previous to joining Ecolibrium, Steve managed energy at a portfolio level for a major national property manager in addition to his experience with the Ontario Power Authority in developing, implementing, and optimizing incentive programs.
His interests are in helping to facilitate the integration of demand and supply side energy management strategies to optimize their effectiveness and impact. Steve has his Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Toronto and a Masters in Environment and Resource Studies from the University of Waterloo.
Mika is a Senior Associate with Ecolibrium Strategies and leads our Operations in Atlantic Canada bringing her Building Data Best Practices to our team. Prior to joining she was Program Director of a cloud based sustainability management program for Property Managers and Building Owners that tracked waste, water and energy use over time and facilitated the setting of portfolio reduction targets. The program helped owners and managers achieve and improve their BOMA BEST and LEED EB:OM certifications through ongoing engagement of vendors and stakeholders.
Mika has her Environmental Engineering degree from Queen's University and Certificates in Organizational Development from both York University and Canadian Organizational Development Institute.
